Welcome to The Indigo House. A spacious, beautiful pool home perfect for a beach getaway or an extended stay. This home is 8 blocks to the beach and in the perfect location close to many shops and restaurants. The Indigo House includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a privacy fenced backyard with a heated saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ grill, TV, games and much more. The kitchen and living areas are open and spacious with plenty of room for dining. Professionally decorated and fully stocked with all of your needs, you won't want for anything at this beautiful beach house.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:
Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.
All events must be approved.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***

Cozy Coastal Cottage

We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

A beautiful home and a great staycation!

I booked this to spend my birthday weekend close to home with family and it was a HIT! Plenty of room for everyone, the amenities are amazing, and the house is beautifully decorated! My family all complimented my choice and were so excited upon arrival! Cozy, clean, and a great space!
