This spacious beach home is a sanctuary with an oversized backyard, featuring a private heated pool, hot tub, newly installed pickleball court, and putting green. Recently remodeled contemporary beach house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, invites you to create unforgettable memories with loved ones.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, the large kitchen, complete with a dining table and bar seating, is the heart of this home, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom, equipped with a smart TV, offers comfort and relaxation, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

Situated just 1 mile from the beach, this pet-friendly paradise includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area and a gas grill for shared meals under the stars. Linens, bath, and beach towels, and beach gear—chairs, a cart, blanket, and cooler—are provided, ensuring you focus on what truly matters: making cherished memories with family and friends.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding.

What a lovely home in a safe neighborhood. Great pickleball court, heated pool and hot tub, comfy beds. Owners were very friendly and responsive when we had questions - even going above and beyond in terms of being helpful! The court is built on a diagonal adjacent to the house, so can be tricky with certain shots. But it’s a great surface and we had a fantastic three days of play. The house is 2.5 miles from a beautiful beach, and there are delicious restaurants nearby (and a nice open kitchen to cook in), as well as several grocery stores. We would have loved an outdoor dining table because the back yard was so nice - we didn’t want to come inside. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels for 6 of us!

Huge, beautiful property! Enjoyed spending time both inside and outside. Only <10 minute drive to beach, restaurants, & grocery store. Beds were comfortable. This house was perfect for a family of 6 + a grandchild. Exactly as outlined in the listing and the touches around the house were there as to make you feel welcomed in the home. Directions, how-tos and all information was clear. Even small amenities were great! My wife said she really liked the house and would do this same house again, if available.

Great getaway house

We went down for the week of Thanksgiving and my sons 7th birthday. Check in was easy and we were surprised as a birthday card was waiting on the kitchen counter, so this was a great way to start the trip and brought a smile to my sons face. The hot tub and heated pool were great as was the outdoors tv! We also like how the bedrooms were spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach and restaurants are close by. Island Donuts was a fantastic breakfast spot.

The house was beautiful inside and out, some if the pool floats had some holes so we bought our own which wasn’t a problem. Overall the house the perfect the outside was like a little paradise in itself. The inside had games and bean bag chairs for all guest. Location was great 10 mins away from a shopping center.
