This beach resort condo is nicely furnished with 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and full kitchen located on the 2nd floor with a balcony situated perfectly for sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. A short walk to John's Pass, many restaurants, and shopping. Onsite restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Onsite beach bar that offers cocktails to take with you on the beach or enjoy poolside. Two resort pools (adult and kiddie) both with hot tubs! Full workout room with tread mills, elliptical, free weights and more! Business Office, Bike rental, beach rental, free grills, and free ping pong table available.

Wonderfully near the Ocean

We had a wonderful time enjoying the ocean view from our rental condo. The beach was beautiful and right outside the resort. Great location to everything! Great spot to be in. Having a full kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer was really nice to have while on vacation. The property owner was very attentive for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at the beach

The condo was as pictured and very clean. Conveniently located close to the onsite restaurant, pool, beach and elevator. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We rented two other condos for our kids and had a wonderful family vacation! We will return!

Great location

We have stayed at this resort several times and love the beach, pools, cafe and bar on site. This stay the pool heater was broken for 4 of our 6 days, the resort said it was an extended time due to the New Year holiday. This room is in a nice location, close to the pool and elevator, and we appreciated the handicap accessible shower. I rated 4 of 5 stars on cleanliness as the shower had some mildew and there was sand in multiple places upon arrival (ottoman, washer/dryer). Most of the VRBO rooms also have a closet with access to come beach chairs, toys, towels, and a broom (for sand), this room the closet was locked and not accessible, which was a disappointment.
