Great Spot

This place checked all the boxes for us as it was comfy and the property is very close to touristy spots. Loved the onsite bar and the onsite restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo and Vacation In Treasure Island

The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation. Very clean and perfect location. We had one very small plumbing issue and property manger was able to have some come fix the same day. Thank you for making this a great Christmas vacation for us!! We will definitely will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. The room was excellent and great views. Only thing needed is more towels or laundry detergent to wash towels. They do not last the entire stay. Needs softer pillows. Otherwise excellent place to stay overall.

Great location, needs updates

Condo was a in a great location next to cool restaurants and bars. The beach was kept clean. On site cafe was awesome. The beds need to be replaced badly. The sheets had linen balls all over them, and were itchy. I was skeptical that the place was sanitized well bc there was poop in the master bathroom toilet when I got there. The carpet was more of an outside carpet that was snagging at the seams.

Nice resort but not a great unit

We've stayed at Sunset Vistas before and it is a nice place. The rental this time was in poor condition and lacked basic amenities--like Kleenex? Cheap towels, cabinet veneers were peeling, furniture was cheap and the sliding door didn't lock. I've seen dorm rooms that were better equipped. The price that you are charging for this place is ridiculously expensive. We won't be back.

Okay at best

The complex itself is nice. Great location near restaurants and within walking to John’s Pass. on site cafe and beach bar, pool and Hot tub were nice. Although the building itself is beachfront, this unit (302S), is the furthest away from the beach. You can technically see the ocean from the balcony, but I would not call the unit “beachfront.” The King/Master bed is horrible. The right side is sagging so far that it feels like you will roll off. The veneer on the the kitchen cabinets is peeling off. The kitchen has a few essentials but was missing basic things such as tongs, a pizza cutter and hot pads. The baseboards are dirty and the grout in the bathroom needs deep cleaned or replaced. Overall, this unit needs a good, deep clean. Never felt like you could walk around, especially the bathrooms, barefoot. Would have expected a lot nicer/cleaner for the amount of money we paid. I would not stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location was great! This particular condo needs some updating, carpet should be replaced in bedrooms, grout in bathrooms could be cleaned better or replaced. The floors were quite dirty. Oven did not work initially, but maintenance fixed within 24 hrs. Enjoyed the fact we had a reserved parking spot & building was on the beach, but this condo (302S) is at the front end of the building farthest from the beach. Felt safe. It would be nice to know ahead of time that beach chairs and umbrellas need to be rented to use, but maybe this is common knowledge at all resorts? The linens and towels were clean and it was nice to have a washer & dryer in the condo. A drying rack would be a great addition since they discourage putting towels on the balcony railing.

With this property, you are paying premium for location with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs & access to the Gulf, which was as advertised and wonderful.However, the unit itself is only average and in some respects substandard. Most of the unit is dated. The first thing you see entering the unit is the kitchen cabinets with its laminate peeling away in most cabinets, that literally turned my wife’s stomach considering the rental cost. It was an awful first impression that was never overcome.

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will be our last time staying at a Resort Rentals property. There are absolutely zero amenities provided in their units other than a bar of soap and some shampoo, the beds are horribly uncomfortable, the couch was sunken in the middle, no ice maker in the fridge/freezer, carpet coming up around the edges, everything was dirty and sticky. Save yourself and your vacation...rent from an individual condo owner that takes the time to provide those extra touches.
