About this property

Family Surf House minutes to the beach, the bay and downtown shops & Restaurants

located in the heart of town, you will be a 5 minute drive to the Sandy Hook National Park, 10 minute walk to the Seastreak Ferry which travels direct to NYC, and the neighborhood is also very walkable with a number of Restaurants and shops on the downtown strip. Recently we added brand new appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer, grill, and 65” oled TV.). We have an easy to use keyless entry and a front door security camera (outside only) for added conscience and safety. Whether you’re looking to get away with the fam, catch some waves, or just want to be close to NYC (The Ferry is by far the best way to visit Manhattan), we have it all for you here. Pleasant and Convenient

Ted's place was in a perfect location for a week of beach trips and lots of seafood. The space was large and accommodating. Ted was there to meet me and give us the lay of the land. The deck is spacious and was great for dinners outside. It was a 5 minute drive to Sandy Hook. Would definitely book again!

Beach Bash

Lovely, clean house in a family-friendly town. Beds were very comfortable & 2 bathrooms a real plus! Fully stocked kitchen with nice outside seating area on back deck. Driveway parking for 2 cars with on-street spaces available as well. Quiet walkable neighborhood with cute park (Sat farmers market & swing set), restaurants & bike rentals very close. We enjoyed the 5 minute car ride to Sandy Hook, take-out from Lusty Lobster & dinner w/music at the Proving Ground. Ubers were readily available & owner responded to all questions in a timely manner. Hoping to return next year!!
