Great location, very safe. Amenities were all as described. In-laws loved the Jacuzzi. Host was very kind and shared fresh fruit from the trees with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood

I had a lovely stay at this property. There’s a large park nearby for walking which looks nice. Well situated and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean. And communication was good. Thank you for having me!

Familiarization Trip

Used the location as a base to get my son situated for an internship. Was a good choice for this and worked out very well as I wasn’t familiar with the LA area. Only issue was the sparse kitchen set up and lack of a common area TV but it was adequate for our purposes. A quiet and very nice home and really appreciated the free parking which is not a given in LA!

Was overall good, only minor complaint. The host was adament about not having any loud noises/parties. My friend and I were having a quiet girls weekend for her birthday. However in the middle of the night (2-3am) the host themselves was loud and woke us up through the wall with their loud talking.Beds were very comfy, AC worked fabulously, free parking was great, nice big bathroom. I did want a hot tub, not a jetted bathtub, but once you really read the listing it clarifies.

I liked the gate on the property and its ability to lock. I felt very safe. I also liked how clean it was inside. I didn’t like that there were ants in the bathroom. The shower and bathtub were not completely clean(there were bugs). But, the owner came right away to help with the ants. There also were cigarette marks and holes in the covers and on the bed frame. The backboards behind the bed were coming undone, and there was lots of dust under the bed. Besides that, it was close to where we needed to go for the weekend and had lots of good food spots nearby. Would’ve given five stars if not for the ants and the cigarette holes.
