SPACIOUS LAYOUT!
- 3488 SF, 2 levels, the main level and basement.
-Main Level - features 2 bedrooms: The Master Bedroom with king bed, TV, and spa-like ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Kitchen, dining, and living room.
-Basement Level (aka the FUN level) - 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds, 3rd bed is trundle bed pulls out from one of the twins. Foosball, living room, TV and games!
-Room for 2 cars in the garage- perfect for storage of all your outdoor gear (skis, bikes, kayaks, SUP, etc.) & you don't have to scrape the car on cold days!
-Outside - Back patio with seating and backs to the park!

NEED TO KNOW:
- No access to the mailbox; a PO Box is recommended for your stay. Deliveries are welcome.
- Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video available. Please use your own logins for these apps.
- No smoking, quiet hours 10PM - 8AM
- Pets welcome for a fee of $75 per pet for stays under 14 days, need approval. Please note that the back yard is not fenced in. Pets must be accompanied and leashed when outdoors.
- Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home with the exception to the mailbox. Package deliveries are welcome.

Long weekend stay

Really like the house ! The location was close to Denver or Boulder It was a very quiet subdivision and very pretty area. The house was really clean and spacious I would rent it again
