First floor laundry a plus. 3 spacious berdooms upstairs all with views of the bay. Primary bedroom with private deck has views of Cape Cod Bay and tidal marsh. Start your day with coffee under the large covered deck. After a day at the beach enjoy an outside shower. Then end your day with a glass of wine relaxing to the warm bay breezes and sunsets. Just a short drive to East Sandwich and Spring Hill Beaches, Sandy Neck Beach and the famous Sandwich boardwalk. Shop and dine at Mashpee Commons, or simply stroll down the Main Street of Sandwich. Perfection!

In one word, perfection! The property, the location, the area - it was exactly what I had hoped for and more. This home made our annual Cape vacation even better. Would I book again, absolutely!
