Welcome to our Davis Love cottage located along the 17th fairway and in the heart of Fripp Island. This beautifully decorated home is perfect for your family's next vacation stay. The beach access and Fripp amenities are just a scenic walk away.

This cottage is complete with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including a king-size bed in one room and 2 full-size beds in the second room.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, screened-in back porch, stainless kitchen appliances, an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, and wireless internet.

If you are ready for a peaceful beach getaway come check out this charming cottage.

This property is NOT pet friendly and is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups or parties!

Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and food court. If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Perfect little house for a small family vacation

We loved this little house and our stay on Fripp Island! We only wish there had been a grill available but we brought a small charcoal grill and left it in hopes that someone else can use it!

Perfect getaway and amazing wildlife!

We enjoyed the remoteness of Fripp Island, lots of wildlife and location/place exactly as pictured/noted. Very clean home. I’d highly recommend and we’re already planning when we can return during the summer!

My B-Day Vaca

We loved this cottage, great location and a nice peaceful area. This was our 5th year coming to Fripp for my birthday week in May. Having stayed at the Villas behind the pickleball courts the last 4 yrs we decided to change it up and get a house and so glad we did.

House was nice. It was in a great location. A couple of negatives were the lack of kitchen utensils as well as the sighting of numerous cockroaches during our stay

Took one hour to get key out of the lock box. Drain stopper in tub didn’t work; water just flowed down drain. Animals in attic liked to wake up at 5am; very noisy. Screened in porch very dirty. Will not rent from this company again.

Great house for a single family!

Loved this little house on the golf course. We enjoyed our stay! Rental company was great to work with and very responsive. The house ended up having a leak in the ceiling while we were there but they came out and took care of it quickly. Other small things were, dead batteries in a remote so we kept having to switch batteries around to use each TV and there was no grill. When coming to Fripp, everyone knows to stop at the store on the way in and of course we got stuff to grill but there ended up not being a grill which was a bummer. Overall, we would stay again! :)
