Welcome to Montecito! Your perfect vacation rental with beautiful master suite! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all newly renovated. The house is set up with the master suite on one side of the house and the other three bedrooms (one has own bathroom!) on the other side. There is a crib and high chair in the large master closet.
You're in a beautiful residential neighborhood, close to restaurants, entertainment, and minutes from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. There are 2 covered parking spaces and plenty of street parking.
The house features foosball, darts, Golden Tee arcade, front yard artificial turf with yard games, Keurig coffee, several TVs, and lots of lounge areas in the yard.
