This one-of-a-kind two-bedroom condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers a spacious and flexible layout perfect for families and groups. The unique floor plan includes a separate office area, a jetted tub, two and a half bathrooms, and a den with additional sleeping space. With free high-speed Wi-Fi, there's no need to disconnect completely while you're enjoying your mountain getaway.

Guests staying at Powderhorn have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located about a five-minute walk from the condo. The free town shuttle is just one block away, providing convenient transportation throughout Breckenridge and Summit County. Please note that the Columbine Pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 28, and will reopen Friday, October 30, 2026.

The Quicksilver Lift is only 200 yards away, making it easy to get to the slopes, while historic Main Street is just two blocks from your door. Enjoy convenient access to Breckenridge's restaurants, shops, nightlife, and year-round mountain recreation.

Columbine Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and from mid-November through closing day of the ski area. The pool is located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Easy walk to downtown Breckenridge.and ski lifts. Condo has a nice layout wish they provided more amenities in the condo, kitchen supplies. Overall amazing condo.

The apartment is spacious. It has 3 bathrooms. Very close to the ski lifts (5 min walk). Inside the apartment there is a place to store ski equipment. Liked it very much

Clean, well located condo

This place was really great for our family of 4. The condo is located walking distance to a portion of the ski area and a portion of main street. The kitchen is well stocked, the patio is nice, and the pool area is great. Parking is easy. There is a room off the living that doesn't make sense to me, but I guess it's a den? The only other thing that was frustrating is that the property management company (Great Western), makes you come by their office to pick up keys and sign more papers, including a $400 deposit (~70% of the total rent/fees that we paid to rent the condo). I feel that the check in/out could be streamlined, and that the $400 deposit is quite excessive relative to the rent.

Thank you for your review. In order to ensure that we cover any damages that may occur in the unit, we do ask our guests to sign a quick document upon check-in. In addition, we do a temporary hold on guests' cards to ensure that if damage in the unit does occur we have a credit card on file (similar to hotels). We value our guests and want to ensure that all of our guests have a quick and easy check in process and that we provide everything the guest needs upon arrival. We strive to make the check in process streamlined and easy for our guests and will continue to do so.

Convenient, Short walk to lift & town

This was a perfect place to stay with our party of 5. Parking was steps away so it was very convenient for us to load and unload. I don’t like walking in my ski boots but my son convinced me that the walk to the lifts was short enough that I could walk in them. We cooked every night. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. If you plan to cook make sure to bring your own spices etc. Also liked that there was lots of room to store our skis etc.at the entrance. The place was very comfortable and cozy. Only negative was that the internet was dodgy and it would take a while to refresh or would not work for awhile. I took it as a sign to get off electronic devices. I would choose to stay here again!
