Get the feel for Florida living in this fishing village apartment. Cozy living in this perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. Behind Johns Pass with endless adventures waiting for you. Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin🐬 come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

Providing a relaxed Florida beach vibe, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests with its King bed, as well as a nice comfy pull out couch. We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is brand new and super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! If you have more than one vehicle, please message us before booking so we can ensure arrangements can be made.
