This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is in a peaceful and desirable neighborhood only 1 mile away from the main intersection of Washington (Hwy 20) and Green Bay Road (Hwy 31) in Racine. You will find a great deal of grocery stores, shopping, dining, and entertainment within this area. The home is also approximately 10 minutes from Racine's downtown, zoo, and beach areas; ~25 minutes from Bristol Renaissance Faire, and ~35 min from Six Flags Great America.

The space:
The comfortable living room has plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace, and a Firetv (Netflix, Peacock and several free streaming services available). The kitchen has been newly remodeled and includes full appliances , a Keurig coffee bar, and all your basic cooking utensils and dishes. For dining there is a small area set up with a table for four in the living room, a bar top table for two in the kitchen, and seating at the kitchen island for two. There is 2 bedrooms on the lower level each with its own Firetv (1 king, 1 queen). Upstairs there is a loft area with a Firetv and a single bed. There is also a 3rd bedroom upstairs with two single beds and a Firetv/DVD player (Bring your DVDs. DVDs not provided).
Guest access:
You have access to the entire home with exception of the basement and garage area that are an unfinished area used for storing the home maintenance supplies. The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighboring home. You can use the full south side of this driveway. There is no backyard available with this home (The backyard is property utilized and maintained by the neighboring home).
Safety and Security:
There is smoke detectors , carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit located inside the home for safety. Outside the home there are security cameras/audio recording devices set up at the front door, back door, and on the neighbors garage to monitor your safety and security at the entrances and parking lot.

Guests and Visitors policy:
All guests staying at or visiting the property must be in your confirmed guest count. Max number of guests is 6. Any violation is subject to a surcharge of $40 per guest per night and/or immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
Infants policy:
The home is not suitable for infants as it is not baby equipped, baby proofed, and the home has 2 levels. However, if an infant is mutually approved for the stay, they are counted towards the guest total and the fee of $40 per guest per night if the reservation exceeds the confirmed guest count or max occupancy.
No Pet Policy:
There is a no pet policy as the home is not pet friendly. Any violation is subject to a surcharge of $250 per pet and/or immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
Third Party Amenities:
We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, or internet, which are beyond our control (for example, weather, downed power lines, etc). Also, the internet is a privilege, and offered to you at no extra cost. Abusing this service by downloading or streaming illegal content, tampering with the router or any related equipment or services, will result in immediate eviction with no refund
Cleanliness of Home:
1. Realistic Expectations: While we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, please understand that our home is not a sterile hotel environment. Minor, one-off cleaning oversights, such as a missed dust bunny or a stray hair, can occasionally occur.
2. Nature and Environment: Our home is located in the county of Racine and village of Mount Pleasant, and despite regular cleaning, it’s natural for the occasional bug or spider to find its way inside. This is part of the local environment and not a reflection of cleanliness standards.
3. Immediate Communication: If you encounter any cleanliness issues upon arrival, please notify us within the first 4 hours of check in. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly. Issues reported later in the stay may not be eligible for refunds or compensation.
4. Reasonable Solutions: For minor issues like a stray hair on linen or a dust bunny, we encourage guests to use the cleaning supplies provided for a quick fix. We believe in reasonable solutions for small problems and appreciate your understanding.
5. Refund Policy: Our refund policy for cleaning issues is based on the severity and impact on your stay. Minor, one-off issues typically do not warrant compensation, but we are committed to resolving any significant cleanliness concerns to ensure a comfortable stay.
6. Respect for the Home: We ask guests to treat our home with respect and understanding, acknowledging that it is a lived-in space and may have minor imperfections. Your enjoyment and comfort are our top priorities.
