There were a lot of things to keep kids busy from the fishing pond and pool to the game room and yard activities. We stayed during some very hot weather so the upstairs and game room were rather warm, but there were several floor fans to help. Robert was very good about communication throughout the trip.

Weekend Escape

What a fun and unique place! I'd love to be back in summer to make use of the pool and pond.Winter was still wonderful though with access to the hot tub and game room.

The house and property were great. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. We thrive outdoors and there was everything we could have wanted to do out there. There is a lot of traffic noise and airplanes, but you get used to it pretty quickly. You are within 20-30 minutes or so many fun things to do, as well!

Best Staycation!

Me and 9 of my friends rented this space it was very affordable for all the amenities that it came with. Robert was very responsive to messaging before and during our stay. The property is huge and built for all kinds of activities. Can’t wait to book again!

Great Weekend to celebrate graduation

Our family had a wonderful time to celebrate our grandaughter's graduation. Everyone fished, paddled around on the pond, played cards, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed an outdoor fire, let the dog run in the wonderful large yard, relaxed in swings... a great time. There is plenty of room in the house for people to be close together or have quiet time in a secluded corner. This couldn't have been a better spot for us.

The Retreat: A Relaxing Oasis

We spent several days at the Retreat over the 4th of July. What a perfect property with so much to do! From the inground pool to the fish-stocked pond to the volleyball net to the game room, there are so many activities for everyone. And our dogs loved the opportunity to run through the manicured seven acres! Would stay again.

Perfect Retreat

Quiet retreat

We came up to spend anniversary and a birthday.Brought our 2 pups and they loved to run the acres. We used hot tib and had a bon fire followed by relaxing inside by the fireplace.A+ for small but its a great place for a crowd too!

Fun stay

The house was absolutely perfect! The hot tub, game room, land around the home were amazing! My kids had so much fun and my husband and I did too. This was just like a house. It was a mini resort all to yourself!!

Weekend excursion

Amazing place for a bachelorette party!

The spot was perfect to host a bachelorette party. Friday night was spent enjoying the beautiful land this house sits on. Saturday we made our way downtown Milwaukee. The owner of the home was very accommodating! Thanks again Robert!

Metro getaway!

We had a great time enjoying the pool and fishing pond with our grand daughter. Host was easy and available with information. ALL the amenities and space for a family gathering!

This is the second time we stayed at The Retreat. LOTS of space inside and out for our family to gather. Kids age 3-10 could not get enough of the heated pool and the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub. We added an 'exrra' and had a small family reunion one of the afternoons and the place was perfect for this. Game room such a bonus when it rained. We didn't need to leave the property but some checked out 7 Mile Fair. Communication with the owner was timely. I'm sure the family will vote to return to The Retreat in the future!

Awesome Getaway!!

This was a great location for our family's annual summer vacation. Our group of 7 adults and 8 kids loved every aspect of The Retreat! We spend hours and hours in the swimming pool and on the pond. We also enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, yard games, hammock swings and relaxing in the spacious living room. Sleeping spaces were ample for our group of four families. We grilled out nightly and enjoyed eating on the patio outside the pool. The Retreat had all the amenities we wanted and much much more! We loved our stay and cannot say enough great things about this vacation spot. I am sure we will be back again in the future!

Amazing

The owner reached out to ask of we were going to the Harley Davidson party, after i told him yes, he offered to put tents up for us, if we had needed(we didnt) Words can not express how nice and beautiful this property is. We booked thos property for the Harley Davidson 120th anniversary.. honestly we didnt want to go into Milwaukee and opted to relax at this estate. The pool was warm and clean. The house itself felt warm and cozy and very inviting. Bedrooms roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend booking this place, its more than worth it
