Welcome to Perdido Sun 502! Enjoy sea breezes on the private balcony with incredible sunset views of the sugar-white sands. The beach is only steps away when you rent this 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit. Condo is completely updated with new furnishings, coastal chic decor and an updated kitchen. Guests will enjoy Perdido Sun’s incredible amenities including two boardwalks over the dunes to 200+ feet of white sandy beachfront, beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, beachfront grill area, WiFi and cable TV, and a lobby staffed during working hours.
The living area has features two comfortable sofas (including a queen sleeper with new gel foam mattress), dining table for six, comfy bunk alcove with two twin beds and a flat screen smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals! When you are ready for a good night's rest, the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Washers and dryers are available by the 1st floor lobby for guest use.

Wonderful stay!

We loved the location and comfort of this condo. The best part was the large balcony where we could eat meals and play games while viewing the gorgeous beach. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. This is a wonderful property for a few guests, much more room than I thought there would be. We will definitely stay here again!

Away from the Hustle & Bustle

The property is conveniently located near good food and grocery stores, yet far enough away from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores to not be overcome by the large vacation crowds. The building and amenities were perfect for our small family. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Sunny and Bright

Our stay was fabulous with a great view!Weather was fantastic to watch the dolphins and The Blue Angels from the deck.Enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and area restaurants.The condo was fully equipped for dining in and having a relaxing dinner on the patio overlooking the beach.The king size bed was super comfortable. The furniture was also very welcoming for those nights staying in watching a movie.We will be back in 2026!

Lovely little condo

The condo was clean, well decorated, and had wonderful views. It would be nice if there was an outlet for an EV vehicle. Otherwise, it was great.
