Private, spacious & lovely Sag Harbor retreat

This is a lovely, very private and serene home in the woods, perfect for a quiet getaway. The deck is quite large, the furnishings are comfortable and casual. There is a lovely view of the woods from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.
We have just installed the Gunite pool which gets tons of sunlight. Our hot tub is also new, a great place to relax and complete privacy.
This is a very quiet neighborhood, we are on two acres and have complete privacy.
The space
This is a comfortable and clean home in Sag Harbor. There is plenty of seating and extra beds. There are private spaces to retreat—the downstairs has a large flat screen and a treadmill, and two of the three bedrooms on the first floor have TVs. The view of the woods is quite calming.
The lower level is a finished space with two additional full size beds and a sofa with a flat screen TV. There is also another full bath, which is located inside a laundry room.

It is important to us that our guests do not play loud music or do anything to disturb our neighbors.
We do not allow any people on the property except our registered guests unless we have been told prior
