Westin

The hotel was like a typical Westin. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. The room had a queen and king beds. We did not have to use the sofa bed. The view (bay side) from the room was nothing special. The Surf Wave was not functioning. Parking was convenient and always available. Buffet was good and had some options for adults and kids. The beaches were clean, water was warm, and there were lounge chair were available but not plentiful. I liked that it was on the southern end of the Hotel Zone because most of the activities that we did with the kids were south of Cancun.
