We had an amazing stay at this house! The home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of space and our family loved it. Although it is not super child friendly, because of the stairs and all the decor, we were still able to make it work. The host was super friendly and communicative. I would recommend this house to anyone

Amazing Property!

The house was perfect for our gathering of friends. We were 8 people total and it was extremely spacious. The host communication was amazing and the check in process was very smooth. I'll definitely be back to rent again!

We rented Catalina's home for four weeks. The property is large, modern and well-maintained. The house's power went out a few times on Sept. 11 - revealing a broken backup generator. The house was w/o power for 5 hours. The car gate was electrically powered (as were the door keypads) so we felt somewhat trapped. Catalina and her husband arrived at 6pm and attempted to fix the generator with no luck. As they were leaving, they told us they would return to their property to oversee the fix - they said the VRBO was only a 10 min drive away. Later they refused to return, claiming Catalina could no longer drive, and her husband had left for the airport. We even offered to book an Uber for Catalina to oversee the maintenance of their property and she declined. After she gave up on booking a same-day fix, we sourced a generator maintenance company on our own to come out around 11pm. We had to supervise this appointment ourselves in the rain. The front door could never be used because the combo lock didn't work. The only way in/out of the property was the garage. Catalina would not give us the alarm code, so we always felt a little exposed to potential intruders. We weren't given a physical house key until the generator incident. Overall, not a bad property but for the cost we paid, we hoped not to be left in the lurch. Potential renters should be nervous about losing power.

Amazing Home

Amazing home, if you are looking for comfort/luxury this is the home to be in. We were a party of 12, 6 adults & 6 teenage boys. This home offered so much for the boys and so much for the adults. The boys enjoyed the downstairs game room as us adults enjoyed the first floor. Plenty of room to enjoy peace and quite or noisy boys. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen with all high end appliance, listening to music in the outdoor living area and just relaxing in the large family room. The host was very responsive and helped with any needs, she also allowed us to check out later since our flight was delayed. Definitely plan on booking this again next year, was worth every penny! Thank you Catalina!

Our host was amazing. Extremely prompt communication and easy to work with. We booked last minute, and she was at the property finishing up the laundry when we arrived. We felt welcomed and very comfortable staying at their home. I would love to stay here again!
