The Sunsetter is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, atop one of the island’s most iconic buildings.

Carefully crafted by the WB Abodes team to embrace the essence of our idyllic beach town. Its nearly 800 sq. ft. roof top deck overlooks Banks Channel providing unparalleled views of the island while only being steps to the beach.

Everything from the sheets, shampoo, flower arrangements and coffee have been articulately chosen and locally sourced when possible.

The Space:
The original Wrightsville Beach Abode! Once a laundromat for sailors cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, this serene, light-filled space can host up to four guests with one queen bed & two-day beds in the living area.

The units biggest attraction is its roof top porch that is covered in turf and has a dining room table, lounge chairs and string lights. Grab dinner, make some drinks and watch the sunset all from your own private porch.

The living area is the perfect spot to brew your Casa Blanca coffee, lay back and enjoy life on the beach.

As a professional property management firm, we ask that all guests read and agree to our rental agreement which will be sent after booking and can be found in the house rules.

The Neighborhood:
You are steps away from the best restaurants, shopping, bars, the beach, banks channel and pretty much anything else Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

The deck is private and just for The Sunsetter!

Getting Around:
1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.
Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Other Things to Note:
We provide 1 (one) residential Wrightsville Beach parking pass during your stay. The pass is valid at many parking spots around the island, a parking map will be provided to show some of the most convenient spots. The unit does not have assigned parking.
Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Reminded me of being on a yacht!

GrandMOMmy here. 3 guest’s. My son was diving a shipwreck nearby. We travel up and down the coastlines by boat. This cute little place was adorable. Truly reminded me of being on the boat. Love the outdoor area! The view too! The nearby shops and restaurants. Love every single design detail about this gem. Only stayed 1 night. Just know you’re right on the road (traffic and bar next door can be loud) and parking can be a challenge (traveling with my toddler grandson) Can’t park across the street… you will have to pay the town or a fine. Addressed some concerns to property manager about linen’s and bed sinking in center. (I have back issues) so sleep was a struggle. (Also had the toddler sleeping with me) Property manager confirmed all concerns and said changes would be made. We will certainly consider another stay soon. Next time will be more nights for sure!

Beautiful weekend with the dog

We loved the house and enjoyed sitting out on the deck. It felt like we had a “special secret” place right out of a magazine! It is convenient to the beach, coffee, shopping and restaurants. I only gave 4 stars for location because I’m not a city girl. You are in the intersection across from the bridge and near bars. It wasn’t too loud this spring, but I can imagine during peak season the party could be heard throughout the night. Just an FYI if that’s not your thing. If you do enjoy late nights the patio is perfect. I would love to stay there again.
