Good location and value

James was a great, communicative host. The unit itself is nicely situated north of the city, about 10 min from the airport and just a short walk of maybe a mile to the downtown area, in a secure, gated complex. Check in/out was seamless. James provided everything needed for our stay and we had no issues with the property while we were there.

Great area. Very walkable but also great for cars as it’s close to I -15. Good size space. But place could have been a bit cleaner and just working better. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The kitchen sink disposal did not work well. We stayed there a 6 nights and by the second to last day it was completely clogged (causing water to back up into the other sink and dishwasher). And we barely put anything down it. And a stove burner (the largest one) did not work.
