This spot is great. We used the pool and the fished off the pier acrossed the street. This is property is right between Rockport and Fulton which gives you the best of both local vibes. We enjoyed this so much. We certainly will be back.

This little cottage is amazing . Step out and views of the bay are right across the street. Great fishing pier too. Well kept clean and we will totally stay there again 10 stars in my book

Kids and I had a great time, weather turned cold so we stayed in playing games on day, which they had some in the closet. TV and wifi worked great. Cold ac and fan kept us cool the first day. The back patio is great for chilling and watching the water. Everything we needed was there. Bed and linens comfy. Convenient location in town.

Long overdue vacation

We loved the cottage. We had a problem with the code being the wrong code at first but called got right code. The cottage was very nice and homry feeling. Clean. The shower shelves needed to be clean but other than that everything else was fine. Loved the pool. Well definitely use yall again and recommend to friends and family.

Cute little spot had to get a toaster last minute. It was on the listing but not in the actual property. Found a roach killed a roach. Pool needs maintenance. It’s a bit dirty. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while algae. For the most part, a cute spot place just needs a little bit more maintenance

Just OK

This little cottage would be great for a couple. A/C needs to be worked on, couldn't get it below 72. There was a note on the refrigerator stating that. Why not just fix the A/C unit? Also, no soap in the shower we went an purchased. Also only one roll of toilet paper in the whole place. Landscaping was not very welcoming. We did take advantage of the pier across the road. It is a private dock but the gate was missing so anyone could get in. Overall we enjoyed the weekend. Probably won't stay here on our next fishing trip. Pretty pricey for what you get.

The host knew the AC was inoperable before our arrival. They did not fix it but sent in a “tech” who did nothing, and only gave us only 12 minutes notice of his arrival on the property.

Perfect for two people! Ms. Kitty's staff is very accommodating and attentive. The location is right on the water. The sunrise is breathtaking! Also pet friendly!The only reason we didn't give a perfect rating is due to the A/C not working. The cottage temperature never got below 84 degrees. We reported it at check in and was given a small window unit. The next morning we asked for a fan to help circulate the air. However, with the little window unit and fan, the cottage only cooled to 84 degrees by midnight. By 8:30 am, it was at 86 degrees. Let me be clear, the staff was very attentive and quick with the fan and window unit! The only reason we didn't call back was because we were on our last night. If we were staying longer, I believe the staff would have made accommodations. Aside from that, we definitely recommend!
