Welcome to our luxurious 3-bedroom A-frame cabin nestled in the heart of the mountains. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with towering windows that showcase the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding the cabin. On the first floor, you'll find a sumptuous king-size bed and convenient laundry facilities for added convenience.

Head upstairs to the master bedroom, where you'll wake up to stunning mountain views every morning. The bunked bedroom, featuring a full XL over queen bed, is perfect for both kids and adults alike, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone.

Entertainment awaits in the separate game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, darts, arcade games, an Xbox, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and take in the fresh mountain air. Two fire pits, one gas and one for wood, provide the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings spent under the stars. Relax and unwind in the hot tub, or fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue feast.

For outdoor fun, challenge your friends and family to a game of cornhole or giant ring toss.

Experience the ultimate mountain getaway in our upscale A-frame cabin, where luxury amenities and natural beauty combine to create an unforgettable retreat.

There are enclosed space used for storage that guests don't have access. This will be marked as Owners Closet.

I'm available anytime to answer questions about the house and immediately address any issues. I prefer to keep all communication through the Airbnb messaging app, but do provide my personal phone number, should you need to contact me directly.

*PLEASE NOTE: We are in the woods and on a mountain. The terrain is steep in some areas and there have been BEAR SIGHTINGS.

String lights. Per HOA rules and regulations string lights must be off by 10 pm. These are on a timer. They go ON around sunset and turn OFF 10 P.M everyday.
We charge $100 pet fee.

We had an absolute amazing time in the A frame. It has gorgeous views and anything we could have needed in the kitchen. The game room was loved by all age groups. The outside area was a great place to relax after hiking or visiting the town all day. We’d definitely love to stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

This house was perfect for my family. Its location was very convenient to both Helen and Anna Ruby Falls/Unicoi State Park and easily accessible. The view and accommodations are exactly as advertised. My kids (2 and 5) loved all the activities/games available at the house (the hot tub, ax throwing target, ring toss, bean bag toss, air hockey table, pool table, video games), and the room with bunk beds was perfect for them. For safety reasons, I liked that the the large porch had a gate separating it from the driveway, and that the driveway had a gate we could close at the road, so we could make sure the kids stayed safe while playing outside. My husband and I enjoyed that the game room was separate from the rest of the house so we could relax after the kids went to sleep without worrying about waking them up playing pool or video games. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again.
