Perfect for our weekend get away. Loved the place. Host was very accommodating for our needs. We had a 22' boat along as we fished the Mississippi a couple days and there was a ton of room for parking and electrical to charge the boat. We loved the country setting very peaceful. We will look to rent again the next time we come back to the area.

Brady was the perfect host! He even had cheese curds in the refrigerator for us since I had mentioned how I love Wisconsin cheese curds! The accommodations were cozy, spotless, and had everything thing we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place !!!

This well-furnished, clean, and cozy one bedroom unit over a two stall garage is great for a single person or a couple. The host readily set up a high quality air mattress since there were three of us. The furnishings were quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very nice overnight stay.

This place was very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture to relax on. It was very fun staying on the farm. I really enjoyed watching the chickens and rooster from the deck. The property was also decorated very nicely for the fall season. I would highly recommend staying here.

I'm Brady, the property owner of Tamarack Point Homestead. I enjoy the country living and absolutely enjoy this place.

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to me. As I grew up in the area, I always dreamed of owning this homestead. I've officially owned the place for the last 9 years but have been on the property for more than 20 years. I started working mowing and doing the landscaping for the property. Over the years, the previous owners really became a 2nd family to me. As I worked out here, they would ask, "If I owned the place, what would I do?" I would give my suggestions, and they would incorporate it in.

Tamarack Point has beautiful sceneries, with a quiet setting yet close enough to bigger towns to enjoy. I hope everyone that visits, enjoys my place as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique benefits is the amount of wildlife in the area. In addition, to the peaceful setting, I grow lavender and harvest the oil to make products which can be purchased.
