My eco friendly beachy home is powered almost entirely by the sun! It features 21 solar panels, high efficiency spray foam insulation, High efficiency air conditioner, ultra energy efficient hybrid water heater and LED lighting. The front courtyard has beautiful ambiance with a decorative fountain. The back yard is fully fenced and has a screened patio. The guest apartment which includes the garage is available separately! It has a private entrance and only the driveway is shared.

Bonita Shores

The house was great, everything was clean, and the layout is very functional. The area is nice and quiet. Definitely would recommend without hesitation.
