Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large pool, less than two miles to Barefoot Beach!! This home is settled in the quiet neighborhood of Bonita Shores, and has many close by attractions to make your vacation one to remember! If you're looking for a place to really relax, you have found it. Only 5 miles from the beautiful shops and restaurants of Coco Point, 6 miles to the lovely Mercato where you will find dozens of restaurants, bars and shops.

Amenities include beach/pool towels, two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, pool floats, corn hole game, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, one-car garage, blow dryers in each of the two bathrooms, Keurig, Cuban Coffee Maker (stove top), gas stove and oven, BBQ grill (propane) and BBQ Utensils, bicycles, ironing board and iron, fire extinguisher, cable television, high speed internet, Netflix, televisions in each of the three bedrooms and a 70-inch television in the family room. This property does not accept pets. However, pets have stayed on the premises.

Perfect girls getawy

The home was beautifully appointed and had every amenity that you needed.The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach and other activities.The home was updated and so incredibly clean.We loved the home and will be back.

Wonderful stay at Bonita Beach Oasis

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Bonita Beach Oasis. Check in process was easy, the house was equipped with much of what we needed (kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, beach umbrellas/chairs). We were travelling with 2 very young children so we needed to rent a high chair and two pack and plays but the property manager arranged to have those waiting for us upon arrival as we were getting in quite late our first night. The property manager was also extremely responsive to any questions that we had. Overall, we had a really great experience and would definitely visit again!

Bonita Springs Oasis

Would request this booking again, conveniently located to beach and enjoyed after coming in and relaxing watching children enjoy the pool and the short drive to Sweet Melissa’s for ice cream in the evenings. Less than a 30 minute drive to Estero and Naples where we found great shopping. Rental was super clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend having plastic glassware for kids. Was in constant fear they would break a glass

Very nice house , but was not ready for a three month rental.

House lacked many essentials, basic things, no glasses, bread plates, no toaster, no can opener, odd number eating utensils, cheap bedding, no vacuum cleaner, WiFi did not cover whole house, therefore tv in master bedroom did not work, nor did the tv on the pool deck. No shade on sliding doors to pool, so no privacy in living room. Beautiful house but not equipped for rental.

Schönes Haus mi kleinen Schwächen

Für Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne Bei Ankunft befand sich schmutziges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine. Die Handtücher waren wohl gewaschen, aber nicht sauber. Obwohl wir für 5 Personen gebucht hatten und das Haus für 6 Personen angeboten wird, gab es nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch im Haus und 4 Stühle und 4 Liegen im Außenbereich. Einen Stuhl mussten wir immer hin und her tragen. Es gab keine kleinen Handtücher, nur Duschhandtücher (7 Stück), so mussten wir öfters Handtücher waschen. Auch nur ein Geschirrhandtuch. An manchen Stellen ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Badzimmertür hat sehr geklemmt, eine Schlafzimmertür bleib nicht geschlossen. Eine Tür zur Waschkammer hat sich beim Öffnen verkantet. Die Betten waren bequem, der Pool sauber und warm. In der Garage steht einiges herum, sieht etwas nach Baustelle aus. Der Staubsauger war nicht funktionsfähig. Ein Safe wäre wünschenswert, denn die Eingangstür, sowie die Terassentüren und Fenster sind nicht wirklich sicher. Wenn die kleinen Mängel nicht stören, kann man eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war alles andere als gut. Bei Fälligkeit der Restzahlung wurde der doppelte Buchungspreis verlangt mit Hinweis auf die Ferienzeit (Weihnachten), obwohl bei Buchung eindeutig der Preis bestätigt wurde. Nach vielen E-Mails hin und her akzeptierte die Agentur dank der Unterstützung von FeWo den bei Buchung vereinbarten Preis.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Buchung erfolgte kurzfristig und die Vermieter vor Ort zeigten sich sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Das gepflegte Haus liegt an sehr guter, ruhiger Lage wenige Fahrminuten von den Beaches. Wir werden das Haus wieder mieten.

Overall this was a great property! Loved the pool and cleanliness of the house. The location was a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to so many wonderful beaches (barefoot preserve was our favorite!) And was easily access to Naples and Fort Myers. The house could have used some additional bowls/storage Tupperware but otherwise had everything we needed. The only additional thing I would have liked would have been a welcome binder/note with some of the specifics of the house and neighborhood. You were kind of left to figure things out for yourself. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Awesome place!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, about midway between Fort Myers/Sanibel area and downtown Naples, so it was easy to get to both. The closest beach is Barefoot Beach Park Reserve and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! And The Royal Scoop is the local ice cream place that shouldn't be missed. The pictures of the rental were accurate, we had everything we needed and the manager was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions.

Lovely place

This place was perfect for our family of four. It was exactly like pictured and the decor was darling with very comfortable beds. We had a little trouble with the pool heater but that got solved shortly after we contacted the party the property manager. 7 min from several beaches. Beach chairs, blanket, umbrella and cooler all provided. Three bikes available. Patio was the perfect spot to spend our time. Walking distance to Royal Scoop ice cream and the neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. A bar of bath soap is provided but bring your own toiletries. Tons of grill and kitchen equipment available for use.

Enjoyable rental

The house & pool were great. We were surprised to find bicycles in the garage to use. We wouldn't have brought our own if it had been in the listing or photos. Be aware the owner does not allow you to totally control the A/C/heat, you can only adjust within 2 degrees.
