The 3 bedroom space offers 4 beds (2 Kings, 2 Doubles), a full kitchen, TV's, internet, 2 working stations w/ docking systems, luxury décor/finishes, a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views, etc.

Common Space: Infinity pool, BBQ lounge

Please note that the funicular at Pescadores 22 has limitations that may require our guests to use the stairs to access their rooms. The funicular limit is 4 people at a time, restricted use during rain, and if the gates are not properly closed the funicular will not function.

The steps up to Casa Chloe are 60 from the lower level.

A perfect stay

We absolutely loved our visit to Sayulita and our stay at Casa Chloe. This was our first time to this area - and it took a little piece of our hearts. The condo is in a perfect location - you don't need a car/golf cart - you can walk everywhere. There are so many options for restaurants (we loved The Dock right down the street) and there is great shopping. The condo itself is amazing. The beds are SO comfortable - the space is perfectly designed and appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (and there are plenty of extras like tp, paper towels, etc.). The condo comes with 6 beach towels and chairs (and the shared area by the pool has great space, bathrooms, and a full frig to store drinks while you are at the pool). The only negative I would say is that there is so much moisture/dew in the morning that it renders the (gorgeous) patio pretty much unusable until the afternoon. I would squeegee the floor and table several times but it was still very slippery/wet out there. The good thing is that the living room doors open completely, so if you are a morning patio person you can just open the doors all the way and enjoy the ocean breezes from the living room instead! The property management team is amazing - very nice, helpful, and responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back to Sayulita and Casa Chloe .
