Very nice cabin. Easy to get to pigeon Forge in Gatlinburg.. steep narrow road to get to scary at night. Loved the pool and hot tub.. it is three stories and I wish they had a couch downstairs or in the game room where people can hang out.. Mama, bear and baby bear hung out the whole time during our stay. Got into our car, but did not cause any damage.. as we were leaving I was putting my suitcase into car and the bear came towards me. I had to hurry back into the cabin. Also, the pool guy came in the mowing people came during our visit, which I really didn’t appreciate.. I go on vacation to avoid those things.. but overall, I really enjoyed the cabin.
We had a great stay! The cabin was as described. We enjoyed the pool tables and games. You will definitely will see a bear, which was what I wanted to see more than anything. The bear did tried to get in my car, so keep everything out of the car and lock the door! Great communication with the host.
Quick family trip with kids (14 & 9) and 3 adults. House was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the decks in peace. Super nice that there were limited things we had to do at checkout as well. We even had the cutest mama and baby bear visitors. We were close enough to a lot of activities while still enjoying the quiet of nature. We would definitely come back.
Although this is a beautiful cabin there was room for improvement. It was just my husband and I but if you had the 8 people it could accommodate the ones on the ground floor would be miserable, the ‘pooleye’went off randomly, and it was so loud , it happened several times during the day and night, they would have left and got a hotel it was that bad.The seating was nonexistent, the dining room table sat 4, there was a bench but the table couldn’t accommodate it, there was no indoor seating area, the upstairs area have no couches of comfy chairs, we ended up watching TV in bed. Won’t stay again sadly because it had the potential to be fantastic.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that the Pool Eye alarm was experiencing an intermittent issue until a subsequent guest notified us after your stay. We take guest safety and comfort very seriously, and once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately ordered a replacement device from a different manufacturer. It is scheduled to be installed this week.

Had a slight issue at check in but was promptly taken care of. Good communication! Clean, comfortable cabin with plenty to keep kids entertained when not out and about. Would recommend!
We took our family of 6 to stay for a couple of nights and this was a wonderful experience. It was extremely clean and well equipped with plenty of stuff to keep the kiddos busy. The porches were my favorite spot to sit of the evenings.
