Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Checkout time is 10:00 AM. If you need extra time, please let us know in advance and we’ll confirm if it’s possible to accommodate.
Place used towels in the washer. Take trash out to the outdoor containers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outdoor is allowed, please just keep clean the pool and patio areas

The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We did have an issue with the homes AC, but the host was attentive and helped us resolve the issue. The pool does need some TLC, there are multiple areas where the concrete has cracked, that did not stop us from using pool. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The property was as advertised. Communication with the host was prompt and professional. The house was awesome. It was well equipped and the fun activities at the house were very nice. Family vacation in Davenport

The house is very nice, could of had more trash bags available and toilet paper. 2 cans outside the recycled can was already full and regular trash was more then half way full so after 1 day was already filled. Over all was a pleasant experience

Dishes were not clean in the cupboard, I washed by hand as we used them, pool was cold even though we paid to have it heated. We requested the outside gas fire pit, but there was no propane and the tubing was melted. They claimed we damaged the pull down shade on the door and charged us for it. It was already broken. I was not aware we needed to do a full inspection on the place to prove our case. Ther
