The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked and equipped to meet your needs. Comfortable queen bed and washer/dryer in the utility room.
RELAX in the library/movie room and browse books or watch TV/Netflix on 48-inch monitor. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen kiosk or dining room table. Be mesmerized by the flames in the living room fireplace on comfortable couches.
WORK in separate office with stand-up desk, ergonomic chair, printer, and paper, or at the lovely and comfortable dining room table.
PLAY as you enjoy this safe, quiet, old residential neighborhood in the middle of the North End of Tacoma that is filled with unique Victorian and Craftsmen houses, many of which are designated historical landmarks. Very well-appointed little house with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Perfectly clean throughout, excellent modern kitchen, complete with spices, French press coffee pot, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal, good instructions for garbage and recycling. Comfortable bed, tv with Roku and Netflix for streaming, Good parking in alley. Quiet shady north end neighborhood with good eats and drinks within pleasant walking distance. Owner very helpful and tech savvy with apparent good taste in decor (and books)! Definitely a place to return to.

This VRBO was just what we needed for our weekend. It was clean, communication was clear, and it was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed and more. Many rentals with kitchens nowadays sadly only come stocked with salt and pepper, not even cooking oil. This rental thankfully had that and more, including spices and some non perishables. Cute neighborhood and close walking distance to restaurants! We loved it! Thanks!

The house was a lot more spacious than it seems in the listing. Tastefully furnished, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent heating. My only criticism, and this is really personal preference, is that instead of a French press for coffee, I would have preferred a drip cone or a Nespresso or Keurig machine.

Perfect Spot for my trip

The location was great, within walking distance of Brewer's Row, the Proctor District, and a bit longer walk to 6th street establishments. The property was excellent, quiet, and well equipped. Will certainly try to stay here again on my next trip to Tacoma.

Very clean, small home in a quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the full kitchen and sitting room to watch TV at the end of the evening. It's a good location close to downtown Proctor making grocery shopping convenient and close to some of our favorite restaurants.

Fantastic home in great neighborhood

This property is fantastic! We loved the decor, location, cleanliness, service and communication, clear instructions, .... just everything was top notch! There were even extras such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, etc. that made it enjoyable. The library of books was a special opportunity to view titles for future book reading lists. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Great neighborhood, location can’t be beat! House has very nice modern functional kitchen. Sofa couch in office worked out for the 14 year old, but wouldn’t put an adult on it.
