We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Tacoma at this property! It was close to everything and the owner proved everything to meet our needs! Would definitely stay here again!
The house was a lot more spacious than it seems in the listing. Tastefully furnished, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent heating. My only criticism, and this is really personal preference, is that instead of a French press for coffee, I would have preferred a drip cone or a Nespresso or Keurig machine.
Cute cottage atmosphere in a lovely neighborhood. Close to UPS campus which made it a great location for getting our daughter settled into her dorm. Two cafes within walking distance that serve really great food.
The location was great, within walking distance of Brewer's Row, the Proctor District, and a bit longer walk to 6th street establishments. The property was excellent, quiet, and well equipped. Will certainly try to stay here again on my next trip to Tacoma.
Very clean, small home in a quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the full kitchen and sitting room to watch TV at the end of the evening. It's a good location close to downtown Proctor making grocery shopping convenient and close to some of our favorite restaurants.
Property was so cute and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Parking in the driveway was convenient. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this quiet, lovely home for our nephew's graduation. The Proctor area has great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is well appointed with a lot of charm. Robin was great to work with. Highly recommend!
Wonderful stay! This charming house is located in one of the beautiful neighborhoods in Tacoma. Only a few minutes drive to UPS! It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, W/D, dining room and so much more!! So private and quiet. Thank you so much Robin!
We were in Tacoma visiting family so we weren’t there much. It was the perfect location in the North End. It’s walkable to the Proctor area. Very comfortable for my husband and me.
Super clean and very comfortable house in the North End neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Located in a quiet but central area within walking distance to Proctor, Old Town or even Sixth Ave. Great communication with owners. Check in and out was super easy. Worked great!
This property is fantastic! We loved the decor, location, cleanliness, service and communication, clear instructions, .... just everything was top notch! There were even extras such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, etc. that made it enjoyable. The library of books was a special opportunity to view titles for future book reading lists. I recommend this property without hesitation.
Great neighborhood, location can’t be beat! House has very nice modern functional kitchen. Sofa couch in office worked out for the 14 year old, but wouldn’t put an adult on it.
The house was easy to find in a great neighborhood and, bonus, within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Cooks Tavern.
The house could get a little cold but was otherwise everything we needed. The parking space in back was a little tight for us as we brought our ford truck but isn’t a deal breaker. Just good to aware that a Ford F150 or similar could be tricky to park in back or in front.
The kitchen is well stocked and the bed comfortable and warm.
We would stay again.
This little home is in a beautiful, very quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and shops, as well as at least one city park with great play equipment. It was very comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, as well as the small but adequate dishwasher. The one thing I wished for was a full length mirror - the only mirror that I found was above the sink in the bathroom. I informed the host that I would be having family members over, and we needed to use disposable plates and forks for meals as there wasn't enough for 8 of us, but the home is adequately set-up for 2-3 people max. My 4.5 y.o. granddaughter sleep over one night, and the sofa / single bed in the TV room / Library worked perfectly. There were ample sheets, blankets, towels with some to spare. She and I walked to the park and played in the sweet little back yard as well as enjoying the house. She was enamored with the mail slot in the door and the old-fashioned door bell...... I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Robin!
Place was clean, efficient. Met our needs .Would suggest an outdoor light for the back door; difficult to navigate back yard stairs, and lock on door without exterior light.
