This apartment features a well-equipped and skylit kitchen, full bath and a large, comfortable common space/living area. Guests can unwind in this comfortable, cozy space. We had such a lovely time here - this apartment on the top floor of this home is spacious, clean, well-stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood of Tacoma. Matt was a great host - unobtrusive but very responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again next time if we can!

Loved this place!

This place was incredible! It is in such a gorgeous area of Tacoma — the surrounding houses were all beautiful, and there is an amazing coffee shop (Lander coffee) within walking distance. And the house itself was great! Well stocked, clean, and a lot bigger than I would have expected! We met the owner a couple times and he was amazing — super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.

Great space in a lovely neighborhood

Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!
