This cozy Farmhouse Cottage was completely remodeled in recent years and is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, giving you the opportunity to unwind and relax after a day of traveling. If you’re looking for a clean and look peaceful getaway or for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Massillon, Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame, or surrounding areas, then this is your dream house!

Berlin is only 30 minutes away.
Lehman’s in Kidron, 18 min.
Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, 26 min.
Pro Football Hall of Fame, 17 min.
Wayne County, 5 min.
Clay’s Park, 15 min.
Please note: This property has recently (Sept., 2025) connected to city water. In order to do that, trenching had to be done in the front yard and will take awhile for the soil to settle down again. It is advisable to not have your children play in that area until the soil has settled down.
Please do not invite other people over.
Strictly NO PARTIES OR events.
We have a STRICT NO pet policy.
Strictly no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the house. Absolutely no marijuana or drugs allowed on premises. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Cute little house.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean, looks like it had just been remodeled. It was decorated nice and cozy for Christmas. Easy entry to it and the owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place!

This is such a cute little place to stay, we would've definitely stayed longer if we didn't have other plans. Everything was nice and clean and I was easily able to cook dinner in the kitchen.

Lovely home, lovelier host.

We had a minor issue with the water and Mary was quick to come out and fix the problem. The house was exactly as pictured and it really felt like home for the two days I stayed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just as good as home

Imagine pulling up to the house and it is just as perfect as you would want it to be - just as nice and clean as your own home. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this ranks as one of the very best. Great communication, great preparation, everything you could want in a home away from home. The pictures don't do the house justice. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. Its tucked off the road on a quiet street. They even supplied a few snacks and coffee. Definitely a diamond in the rough. Owner had great communication. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect Location Perfect House

This home is spotless! The owner has thought of including so many little things that made a welcoming and comforting visit. The house location has an easy access to so many cities, towns, and tourist sites. The owner is easy to get in touch with if needed. We spent 5 nights here and would have easily stayed longer if our schedule allowed. I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful farmhouse cottage to friends and family.

A Perfect Stay!

We were all so happy with our stay at Mary’s house! It was spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed, and on a very quiet street. We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the fireflies. There were plenty of linens and the beds and shower were great. We also appreciated the coffee and snacks. Mary was super attentive and friendly. Thank you for making it a great trip for our family!
