Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The property was changed at approximately 4:00 PM on the day of check-in, and the replacement was not comparable in size, common areas, or sleeping accommodations to the original listing for seven guests. We arrived around 8:00 PM with no practical alternative but to stay the night. We were then instructed to purchase an air mattress and linens, and even after rearranging furniture, there was barely enough room to use it. We ultimately checked out early because the replacement property did not adequately accommodate our group. We will be seeking full refund.

Extremely clean and neat. Looks recently redone but parking is an issue if you come with more than one car (and 3 bedrooms means there is likelihood of more than 1 car) as this is in a very tightly packed struggling, neighborhood. There is not a twin bed but a rollaway cot which has to be setup in one of the rooms making it a tight squeeze. No soap or shampoo is in the showers. Altogether a good stay with a few annoyances. Suggest checking with host day before stay as he was surprised we had a reservation at 4pm on day of arrival even after we texted him 4 hours earlier and had paid everything on-time.

DISAPPOINTED

Asked for early check in, owner put us off so no early check in. Took 3 emails to find out address. Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first.

OVERALL FEELING OF DECEPTION! Communication was POOR as we had to message multiple times to get a response for issues. No requests were resolved without further CHARGES OR FEES as an option. We requested an hour early check in (for a 2 week stay) and Kevin said he charges a 50 fee. We book through VRBO every time when we travel and have never had this experience. KEVIN will never achieve SUPERHOST STATUS. The listing is completely misleading, for example: WIFI and Internet provided was INOPERATIVE (NO STREAMING AND CERTAINLY, NO USING 2 TV'S AT THE SAME TIME). We run our business remotely and had to use our OWN CELLPHONE WIFI HOTSPOT THE ENTIRE TIME. Kevin wanted us to go shopping (on our vacation) to buy and install a WIFI booster to address the WIFI issue and then he said he would reimburse us for the cost. NO STREET PARKING - instructions were confusing and inadequate (we had to get up at 4AM twice to let another renter's car out), stingy on towels and linens - no soap or starter amenities, listing states sleeps - 6-7 with only 2 water glasses and 4 coffee cups and no cutting board? (listing says CHEF’S kitchen) no dishwasher and WATER IS A DRIZZLE AT BEST in the kitchen, there is no water/ice in the refrigerator, air conditioning should specify WINDOW UNITS IN BEDROOMS ONLY - condo was extremely hot throughout the whole house (living area). Washer & Dryer is coin operated in the basement at 6.00 per load! Would not rent from this group ever again!
