There is a large private deck for relaxing & outdoor dining, master bedroom, Jacuzzi tub, granite counters & stainless steel appliances and garage parking accent this comfortable rental. HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom, BluRay and stereo system with an IPod connection. Fully equipped with a barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. Fireplace pictured is for decoration purposes only (not operational).

The beach! The view! The location! I chose this spot for those three reasons. All three reasons were exactly what I wanted out of this stay and it delivered! You cannot beat the ocean waves crashing and coming right up under the property. Beach access was easy and convenient. Beach accessories were easy to grab out of the dedicated garage. The patio was large and pretty "little" dog safe (minus a few little spots of trellis that were broken off around the base. Easy to grab the bedroom trash bin to block it off. Speaking of bedrooms... both well appointed. Just one closet for hanging items in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms had a dresser.Kitchen also well stocked with what you might need. Cozy couch. Shower/tub might be hard for some people to access. Good shower pressure and temperature. The Dolphin does have some wear but it is the beach afterall. The property itself was well maintained.Host Angel was great!I'd book it again!

Firstly, the views from this place are incredible. You take a holiday here for exactly this. Relaxing by the sea, listening to the waves. The location is unbeatable so that’s incredibly positive. The staff are great also.However it needs some modernisation. The bath is very difficult to get in and out of (borderline dangerous) and the tub is cracked. Looks like it’s been repaired with tape several times. General condition of the property is pretty bad. Cracked bathtub, floor tiles, sliding doors are pretty much on their way out. There is a bad ant problem which meant they were in our bed most nights. They did provide ant traps but it really made us feel unsettled. The view really made up for all the downfalls. If the property under went some maintenance I would definitely return.

We all had a good time walking down the beach, having full view of the ocean. There's also Ralph's and small restaurants nearby. Response was very quick to our requests. Highly recommended!

We loved the place it was such a great location to be right basically on the ocean! Only complaint was the bath tub I am 5ft tall and had to climb over the side of the tub to get in the shower! Other than that place was clean and location was great! We loved walking to the Malibu pier !

The location was 5 star, but the property itself was very underwhelming… Not very clean, furniture was worn out, uncomfortable beds, smaller than expected (doesn’t fit 6 comfortably), outside smelled like cat urine. But again, the location was fabulous.

Ideal location for first time to Malibu! Great dining options within 5 min walk to the pier. Malibu Farms offered healthy options with indoor and outdoor seating (great view of the surfers) - a welcomed surprise! Other restaurants within walking. Pepperdine University is a 5 min drive down the street - beautiful campus with Sunday morning church service. An occasional dolphin and sea lion was spotted off our balcony and many surfers to watch near the pier. Would highly recommend.

The condo floors were very dirty, pots and pans were horrible, stove top burners did not work. Floor Tiles were cracked and older people can not get into the bathtub because it is way too high. Sleep 6 but they only have 4 chairs.

It just doesn't get any better than this. Great views of Malibu Pier, the pacific, waves rolling under the deck. They did a great job with the interior as it's light and bright. Angel was there to great us and provide clickers for the garage and the gate. Succulents all over the property. Would stay here again for sure. Jeff

amazing location

This property is right on the ocean and the waves break loudly (good thing for me) and the water literally flows under the property. We kept the sliding doors open at night and the surf allowed us to sleep very well. The place has not been updated, the bed's mattress is not great, and there is no dishwasher. Otherwise, I recommend this property.

The Dolphin - Malibu

The Dolphin was just as advertised, just as expected. A bright welcoming and comfortable interior matched with a lustrous and breathtaking exterior right on the beach. Completely outfitted with everything you could need, it satisfied our "get away from home' needs so well. Great communication with the host, so kind and friendly. We can't wait to return there again someday soon. A++++

Great location or great experience

This place was amazing and wonderful to stay at. I would definitely stay and recommend someone staying there. It was my girlfriend, son and a friend for the 3 beds and worked out perfectly. Wifi worked great and the ocean breeze and sounds were wonderful. The metal was a bit rusted in spots, but expected being on the ocean. The maintenance gentleman introduced himself and offered help where needed. Only drawback / complaint would be that the listing calls out quite/dark hours and I fully expected to comply, however, my son caught food poisoning one night and we were yelled at about quite hours, although after my response, some consideration was given. I get it, since the person lived in an apartment on the top floor probably full time as a renter or the owner, I had to take him to the hospital, so there was that. not fun. The other units are pretty close as well, so I get the consideration.
