We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely book it again. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed; all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, which made settling in easy and comfortable from the start.The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to do around San Francisco, while still feeling like a great place to unwind. The house was great for our week stay in San Fransisco. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well equip. The kitchen was subpar. The kitchen was not equipped to cook a meal with ease. I recommend supplying fresh sponges, as the ones left under the sink were very old and pungent. I had to reach out the owner to unlock the thermostat on multiple occasions to be able to adjust the heat up and down. I recommend keeping it unlocked while people staying in your house.

My group stayed here because we had a work in San Fran. The host were nice and even let us check in early. The place was safe and close to a lot of stuff. Theyre right near a couple bus stops too so it was easy to get around. Everything was clean and if we had any questions they responded quickly. Great place to stay and would again!

Stayed at the property for a last minute work conference in DT San Francisco. Property was clean and as described in listing. Host was good to communicate with. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but you must keep in mind that you're in SF proper. Would stay here again.

This property is located in one of the most chaotic and dangerous areas of San Francisco. On our first day driving to the property, we saw couple of homeless people along the street, which made us feel very uneasy. The property is a semi-basement apartment with poor lighting and ventilation. There's no dishwasher, which is inconvenient. Every night, we heard the sound of water being poured upstairs every 10-25 minutes on average, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Street parking was a nightmare; we had to spend a long time every day looking for a parking spot. There were simply no parking spaces near the house, so we had to park our car on a street far away and walk a long distance. We were also constantly worried about our car being stolen or having its windows smashed, so we couldn't sleep peacefully. We will absolutely never stay in this property again, ever!

Perfect stay for our girls trip to San Francisco and then our cruise to Hawaii. Very clean and roomy. We even did some laundry. We were able to store leftovers in the fridge and then reheat them for breakfast in the microwave (someone mentioned there was no microwave, but there is now!). They let us drop off our luggage early and even helped us by moving it all into the aprtment for us - how nice is that?! Kenny and family were kind and wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend staying, and would definitly stay again. We were going to ride the bus, but we discovered the driverless cars and did those instead! San Fran is a fun city to visit, and we loved everthing about this rental!
