We were in town for a baseball tournament and this property was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the home was exactly as described. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table and games - a really nice touch for a family! It was a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had very quickly. I highly recommend this property and if we come back to the area, this will be our first choice!

Huge, clean modern house. Pool and AC kept us cool in the brutal Arizona heat. I was so happy to find 4 fudge pops in the freezer left by a previous guest which I ate immediately. Not my proudest moment but it was a vacation nevertheless… some VRBO issue with the emails kept me from getting some messages but Kelsey was great and worked to get us all the info we needed. Would stay here again!

Omg! Upon entry we were met with a freshness in the air. The house was so clean. The host was attentive and prompt. This location offers so much games, pool tables and necessities! Not to mention everything was nearby especially my family, entertainment, groceries, and retail. My only place to stay going forward while in Phoenix!

This was my first stay at a house and will not be my last. I usually book a hotel because that is what I am use to. My friends wanted us to be under one roof because we so much to catch up on, so i went for it.The host made this process stress free. The communication from the time time of booking through our exit was exceptional. The property indoors and outdoors was very clean. Inside smelled so go. The pool was very inviting upon arrival (Sepfember). There was plenty of towels and linen, just in case. There was a pantry full goods, cooking appliances of all kinds, and more. There was also a binder available with the same instructions provided to who ever booked the room. This allowed for all to be informed of the rules and guidelines, lol. There is a pool table but we never got around to that, lol. Too much talking and story sharing.

The property was great. We had 5 guys staying for a long golf weekend and everyone loved the property, especially the hot tub to soak our sore backs. Everything worked as listed and the host was extremely helpful and responsive.
