The Madison River Overlook Cabin

The Madison Overlook Cabin has 3-bedrooms & two bathrooms! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It has a wood stove fireplace and sunroom with character throughout. The back deck offers views of the famous Varney Bridge on the Madison River and Blaine Spring Creek runs through the property. The open concept main floor allows for the whole to relax and hangout between Montana adventures. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, queen bedroom and two twins in a bedroom.
This perfect Montana location offers expansive views of the Madison Range and overlooks the famous Varney Bridge and Blaine Spring Creek. The inside offers three bedrooms, two bathroom and space for six.
The main floor offers an open concept dining, kitchen, living room, sunroom and a ladder to a loft area with a sitting area and a full bathroom. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twins a full bathroom and washer and dryer.
In addition to the amazing location and views this property boosts lots of interesting charm like doors from the Historic Butte Montana. Both the king and queen bedroom open into the lower sunroom and the downstairs bathroom has an elevated toilet with views of Sphinx!
LIVING ROOM: The comfortable living room has plenty of space to tell stories about the day’s adventure. Cozy up to the woodstove with an impressive floor to ceiling rock mantel. The entertainment center holds a TV and lots of book to choose from.
DINING AREA: The dining room is open to both the kitchen and living room, which is ideal for entertaining. Dining room table seats four and the breakfast bar offers additional seating. The dining room has sliding glass doors to the deck.
KITCHEN: The kitchen area is open to both the dining area and living area. If offers a nice windows over the sink with an awesome view to enjoy. In addition to the standard fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pot this kitchen is stocked with extras like food processors, crock pot and coffee grinder.
There is a large deck with a nice dining table and a gas BBQ grill is provided for your enjoyment. The back yard is private and has access to Blaine Spring Creek by walking down the undeveloped hillside, there is not designated path down to the Creek. The front street offers off street parking and a nice front yard.
Fisherman will have plenty of choices of where to go including the Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and on the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River. Varney Bridge access on the Madison River is within view from this house! Ennis, Hebgen, Cliff and Wade Lake are all nearby and offer fishing and other water recreating options. Other great activities include hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, shopping, and dining in the small western town of Ennis. There are lots dining, shopping, history and family activities in the historic Virginia and Nevada City. Bozeman Is only a scenic hour drive from Ennis. West Yellowstone and the western to Yellowstone National Park is an hour and 15 minutes from Ennis. There is lots to do in the West Yellowstone in addition to the Park. For an especially memorable experience in Yellowstone National Park, book a private tour! If you need a day off from adventure this property has plenty of space to spread out and relax!
Guest have access to the whole house and yard. The guest main trek down the hillside to fish Blaine Spring Creek. Please make sure to have the proper fishing MT state fishing license and respect other property lines if fishing the Creek.
