Sundial R401 • Sanibel Island Vacation Rental

4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed, as advance sale day passes can sell out.

Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, the HOA Pool for the R-S-T buildings is still closed until further notice, but guests can use the O-P-Q pool, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. Christmas Week In Sanibel Island

This condo was the perfect choice for my family of 5 to stay for Christmas week! It is tastefully decorated and immaculate. The 60 second walk to the pool and beach was ideal. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We had beautiful weather and took full advantage of local fishing and kayaking. Lots of restaurants to choose from, our favorite was Doc Fords. We cooked dinner in the condo several nights in the fully equipped kitchen as well. My youngest son demanded we play the board game " Quelf", found in the closet, every night! It created some of the best moments of the trip, bringing laughter and quality family memories that we won't soon forget. The rental process was simple. I highly recommend this particular condo for your next get away!

Perfect week on Sanibel!

Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for a week. It's well-appointed and perfectly accommodated our family. The condo was spacious and well-maintained. Beautiful view of the gulf and a very short walk to the beach. The swimming pool was nice and we often had it all to ourselves! Rental included a conveniently located parking space. The Sundial is a nice, centrally located resort, within a short distance of many restaurants and shops. The rental company was very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Sundial R401 to anyone looking for a Sanibel vacation. We did a lot of fun stuff that week, everyone's favorite was a ride on the Sanibel Thriller to see the dolphins which the condo owners recommended. We hope to return soon!
