Just sit and relax!

Loved the deck overlooking the bay and its boat traffic and pleasant breeze. Didn't have to go anywhere to enjoy the day by the pool or little beach area..

Had a fantastic time!

Great location! Close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Very peaceful and quiet. It was like having our own private beach. Really enjoyed the pool. Beautiful sunsets every night!

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying here with our boys. The decor is dated but clean. We loved listening to the waves lull us to sleep at night. The kids enjoyed splashing in the pool and playing on the beach. The washer and dryer are a lifesaver on vacation as well!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed the natural location of the property . The daily travel of a variety of boats along the bay front was interesting, and being able to walk so close to the mangrove area was very enjoyable. The property could use some updating.

Great getaway spot

This is a great property, with a great view. Right across the bridge from Sanibel island. We had great beach days, kayaked, and enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. Lots of them! We found it a bit tricky to locate, and make sure you have the unit number with you. Once you're in, you will love it.

Terrific location

While the decor is a bit dated, you cannot beat the location. The property is beautiful, secure and easy to get to. The condo is adequately furnished with dishes, utensils, etc. There are no groceries - spices, oils , etc like most rentals. Not even coffee filters. That was the only negative. The pool was great, it only takes a few minutes to get to Binge Beach or Sanibel and shopping is close by. We would definitely stay again.

This property needs some updating

Bed in master bedroom was horrible - one side totally broken down. Blankets are ancient. Appliances are dated and the blender was actually cruddy and unusable. Property location is excellent.

beautiful view in mostly quiet location

This condo has a beautiful view of the San Carlos Bay where you can view dolphins and lots of boats. We loved the proximity of the pool and hot tub to the small beach area. Walking access to the Marriott and their walking trail and restaurants was great too. The condo is a bit dated, but has a comfortable master bed and serviceable kitchen.We were there on New Year's Eve and were surprised by the noise of the many racing motor boats with noisy mufflers, yet, it happened only on that day. The condo rental is managed by a rental company that will service any problems. It is an especially nice place for older adults.

80’s flash back :)

With the exception of the door flying open and being tough to close because of the high winds, the property was as pictured. The view was beautiful and the pool & beach area were clean and enjoyable. It was a quiet location without a lot of people which was exactly what we were looking for. We spoke with a couple of owners while there and they all told us we got a great deal with the rate. We had issues with the coffee pot and tv but both issues were resolved promptly. The furnishings are outdated but that’s not what we were there for. Would definitely go back again.

Fabulous location, fabulous view

This was the perfect location for our visit to Ft. Myers, especially with its proximity to Shellpoint Village (retirement community). Located right on the bay, the view from our condo was fantastic. Loved sitting on the (screened!) lanai with a cup of coffee. Condo is furnished with all the basics (coffee maker + plus coffee filters = thank you!). Sure, the furnishings are a bit dated, but that was not a factor for us. The only real criticism would be about the bugs we found - in the kitchen and bathroom(s). Not horrendous, but especially troubling in the kitchen. I keep a clean house and occasionally deal with bugs, so I understand that sometimes it's unavoidable. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
