Inside lakehouse you’ll find a large gathering area with a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen is properly equipped with double oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, Keurig and tea station, RO filtered water, sonic style ice machine (the good ice), wine cooler. All expected appliances as well (waffle machine, blender, ice cream machine, etc.) Indoor dining seating includes a 6 seat dining table, an 4 seat game table, and 2 counter stools.

•Lakeview Master (queen bed, TV and half bath en suite)

Covered Boat Dock:
- Boat Dock is very large and deepwater all year long. Usage on each available to all guests.
- Boat dock includes covered hydrohoist platform that can house up to 2 Jet skis during your stay.
- Ideally located on peninsula between two public boat ramps within a mile accessing both sides on the lake.
- Owners Jet Skis reside in one of the dock bays (the Jet Skis are almost never used anymore and available for sale at deep discount to any renter. The Jet skis are winterized year round and not available unless sold).

• Lakehouse not as “kid/teen friendly” as other properties in area (house is older, has nice furnishings, art, accessories and upgraded linens which can break and be damaged).
• Not a “party” house
• Prefer guests who leave their shoes outside the lakehouse so as to not track dust and dirt into the house. (There is no true foyer in the house. The main door opens directly to the living room).
• Prefer guests who don’t plan to “crash” on the couch or sleep overnight on the sofas or recliners.
• Adults/kids who respect furniture, floors, sofa 🛋️ coverings, and art … please no food, M&Ms, & cookies on couch.
• If you are looking for a more robust option which is less formal, then please consider our sister property “JuniperView Boathouse” right next door. (mid level)
• If you are looking for a super clean apartment in the area with the option for your own private boat dock (because you will spend most of your time on the lake or dock anyway), then please consider the third sister property “JuniperView Suites” also next door at parking level with no view. (Best Value)

• No pets in lakehouse… we have a beautiful suite available for you steps away if you need extra space for a guest with a pet. (The adjacent suite also works very well for couples with toddlers & young kids, while the elders love the Lakehouse).
• The adjacent bunkhouse works very well for small groups of kids who like to run in and out between lake trips.
(Please kindly treat the Lakehouse as if you are visiting a grandparent who tries to keep the place super clean with premium furnishings and linens).

Please Note:
• This is *not* a party house. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited. Septic system isn’t designed for events, only for those staying on site.
• Neighbors are to be respected and are vigilant. They all have nice families, boats, nice homes, and children running around. Please drive slow, and keep music levels down after 10pm.
• Fireworks strictly prohibited due to fire hazard.
If any guest is caught using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld.

Please don’t risk fire damage to the area and/or loss of property or injury.

Security Camera:
- An exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera near the boathouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records sound.
