Boccabella is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom pet friendly home with a $75 pet fee. Boccabella is perfect for two couples or a small family. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you could need and more, with a dishwasher, microwave and all of the small appliances you could want. There is an enclosed courtyard with a Charcoal BBQ, outdoor table & chairs, this home also has a balcony deck with lovely ocean views. And for your furry friend there is a fenced in gravel dog run.The open living room, dining room, and kitchen lay out complete this beach getaway. There is a woodstove, TV with Cable, DVD & VCR, wireless internet. Queen beds in each room, 1 bathroom with a shower and the 2nd bathroom has a shower-tub combo. 2 car garage and 15 minute walk to the beach via Pinnacle Gulch or Short Tail Gulch.

Bodega tranquility

Lovely getaway to enjoy the sea and what the Bodega Bay Area has to offer, including relaxing in a comfortable home, with lovely views of the water and wildlife surrounding the home within a beautiful neighborhood.Spacious accommodation with fully stocked kitchen, and lovely views from the large windows in all rooms. Pet friendly allowed us to bring our small dog who also enjoyed the stay. Downside included a choice not to use some appliances due to their age/neglect (oven and toaster) as well as some minor issues with ants and moths. Otherwise a very lovely location.

Boccabella Ocean View Beauty

Big windows with lots of natural lighting and great sunset views. Quick access to head down a trail for beach access. Big book library and plenty of space for two (2) couples. Courtyard and as perfect for grilling and for pups to have an outside but enclosed area to hang out. Filled the fridge with local Sunday Farmers Market goodies! We had both sun and rain on this visit and Boccabella made it easy for us to enjoy all the weather Bodega Bay offers this time of year!

Cold nights

The biggest problem was the house heater was broken and it was a cold few days and in the end they brought in heaters that we couldn't leave on overnight so it was cold for our grandkids in the morning And a lot of the lights in the house didn't work so it was hard trying to look at the heater with no lights in the hallway
