Enjoy this three-bedroom, three bath home, conveniently nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on the edge of vintage Naples and historic Fort Myers Beach. Take advantage of all the amenities of Southwest Florida without the high rent. Included is a king size master ensuite, 1 queen bedroom with a private bath, a third queen bedroom, a third full main bathroom, 2 full size sleeper sofas, three refrigerators, spacious pool deck, grill patio with a fire pit, fully furnished kitchen, new appliances and plenty of place settings, six smart TVs and pool table. Beautiful Bonita Beach three miles, 10 beaches within 15 miles, restaurants and shops close by. Guided fishing, boating and also plenty of golf close by.

I'm a regular traveler, this was my first time booking a house through Vrbo, and would rate John’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. The beach was like 5 minutes away. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Location, location, location. Tamiami trail (US 41) and Bonita Beach Road is right where you want to be. A quiet neighborhood right in the middle of it all. Beaches right down the road, restaurants galore, guided fishing and boating experiences available. Imperial River, Hickory Islands, Bonita Bay, and Estero Bay are just the beginning of an area in Southwest Florida that includes Estero Island, home of Fort Meyers Beach and other Islands and beaches to the north. If you decide to go south to Barefoot beach, or any of the several beaches in the greater Naples area, you will not be disappointed. There are amazing shops and dining all along the way in either direction. If you golf, the area is teeming with courses.
