Magnolia House is a quaint, quiet and peaceful property in a town surrounded by water on 3 sides but NOT a beach community. Only 1 min to free community boat ramp, it's far enough away yet close enough to all of the amenities found in Historic Beaufort, Atlantic Beach (closest large public beach) and Morehead City. It's the perfect place for walking, biking, kayaking, fishing or relaxing in a quiet coastal village. Also, not pictured is a great outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
