Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating at the breakfast bar or adjoining dining table. Separate living/sitting area offers a pull-out Queen bed. Split & private floorplan has the Master Bedroom at opposite sides of the house from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The Master Bedroom (King bed, 50" TV) with private ensuite has a soaker tub, walk-in shower & conveniently opens up to the pool area. Two Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed (42” TV) & 2 Twin beds (50” TV). The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and opens to the backyard & canal area.

Large pool and lanai area with table and six chairs under a covered sitting area with a ceiling fan to keep comfortable while watching the 43" TV. Optional electric pool heat at additional cost. BBQ and 4 beach chairs makes this a very comfortable home.

All TVs are set for streaming (internet is provided and all TVs are smart and internet ready.) It is the responsibility of the guests to bring their OWN devices, either Firesticks, Amazon TV stick or other options.
