New Build 2020.1600sf 3 bedroom House 2 Baths - Accommodates 6 Guests. Enjoy a Heated salt water pool & Gorgeous Sunset Views.This Home has all the Essential Amenities for a comfortable stay.
Located in a lovely Golf Course Community with picturesque ponds, canals, parks, local playground & church. Short drive to Beach, Shopping & Dining.


Bedroom 1 master with king bed 42 inches TV with 2 walk-in closets and master bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower .
Bedroom 2 with queen bed 32 inches TV.
Bedroom 3 with queen bed 32 inches TV.
Living room has a flat screen 65 inches smart TV.

Oversized pool deck with heated pool, sun loungers, table & chairs, gas grill and 32 inches TV . Double garage with electric door opener,for your convenience we also have 2 adults and 1 Child bicycles, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and 2 sets of golf clubs .


Comfortable open living room area with large sliding glass,kitchen island seats 6 .Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances- refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker,toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal.

Florida Life is a beautiful home in Rotonda West, Florida. We are in the perfect location within minutes drive to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast and close to several golf courses. Within 2-2.5 hrs drive to Busch Gardens, the Everglades and the Orlando theme parks.

Florida Life is near to the Port Charlotte Mall, approx 20 mins driving time. There are extensive restaurants in Englewood, Port Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

Pool Heater Disclaimer:
We do have a pool heater and are happy to turn it on at no additional cost. The system is set to a maximum of 86°F. However, please note that pool temperature is highly dependent on weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee that it will reach or maintain this temperature at all times.

For this reason, we do not advertise the pool as “heated.” By booking, guests acknowledge that the pool may feel cooler than expected, especially during certain weather conditions.

This is a very lovely and welcoming home.

The home was clean and well cared for. The host was helpful and truly there to make it a good stay. The bikes and heated pool kept us active in house. The closeness to golf and beaches was great. We had a very good stay.

House is spotless, well maintained. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of pool toys, bikes. Heated pool was great, cover easy to use. Property manager readily available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Pool pump broken. Housekeeper and pool service knew it was inop week before we arrived. Repaired on 3d day. Highest pool temp was 62. Dirty, bird debris, floating lizard, needed bottom vacuumed too. Black material near a/c vents in LR. Found three windows unlocked. Filthy microwave. Stinky trash left in outdoor bin. Front door lock stopped working. This place has potential, but not maintained. VRBO assisted with our well documented refund.

we have Great reviews before you arrive, the first day you started complaining, i did all my best to make ur stay perfect, pool heater was working it didn’t heat because weather temperature at that time was too low we had 42f outside, you saying housekeeper and pool service knew it was broken? how you know that? you never see our housekeeper and pool service to make this decision,

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time. The owner was easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds are so comfortable. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is big and has lots of things to use in it. We also used the grill a few nights. The kids enjoyed the bikes in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful it was very clean and it had so many other things in the house that we normally have to buy when we get to a VRBO. The pool was beautiful and warm, we grilled out on the grill and had a wonderful meal. Couldn’t believe all the extras from bikes to spices in the cupboards. We were very pleased with the house and would recommend it to anyone. It was a great experience & will be back.

Beautiful home

We were in Florida for a family wedding. My sister and I stayed in the home. The house is very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean inside and out. The pool area is very nice and the pool was heated. We would stay here again for sure.
