A clean, centrally located house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough outside of Vegas that it’s peaceful but close enough to still enjoy the Strip!

Great place to stay!

We were in Las Vegas for grandson’s baseball tournament at Big Dreams Park and unfortunately also during an extreme heat wave. Having the pool between and after games was a lifesaver. Close to baseball and the strip provided us with so many options. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Barb for being attentive to any issues we had.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

House was clean and spacious; backyard was cheerful and private. Check in process was smooth. We didn't have time to use the pool because we only stayed one day in Vegas on our way to Lake Havasu.

Perfect Home

Barb is one of the Best host I’ve had. Barb communication was on point! My husband and I was catering our family reunion and Barb made sure we had everything we needed, she brought extra pots & pans, mixing bowls, and an additional BBQ pit, she even called to check on us to make sure we were good. We got there a little early and was able to check in early. Let me also brag on how nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious it is. I will definitely be booking another stay when visiting Las Vegas. Thanks Barb for making us feel right at home you’re the Best!!!!

Girls Trip

Wow! What an amazing experience. We have always stayed at the big resorts, but this year with Covid, we were looking for more privacy. The in ground pool was crystal clear, and so refreshing. We spent most of our time around the pool. The house was sparking clean, and we each had our own bedrooms. Barb our hostess was only a text away and kept in touch. Next year will be our 8th girls trip to Vegas and we are booking this house again!

Girls getaway

Our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers had an amazing time stating at Poolside at Casa De Hollywood. Everything was so clean when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. We had a code to get the key and then let ourselves in. Our one question was quicky answered. The girls enjoyed being able to lay out by the pool. You are not very far from freemont street or the strip. Being with teenagers it was nice to get away from the craziness of the strip and just relax.

We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air bnb was new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this position.

This property is close to great hiking. At the top of Frenchmans you can see all of Vegas to the west and Lake Mead to the east. Lots of wildlife and bike riding at the Wetlands.
