Worked out great for us. We had three fishing boats and had enough parking… nice and quiet neighborhood. Took us about 20 minutes to get to the lake.

The property was nice but not exactly as described. No hot tub, non-working ice maker, lack of kitchen necessities (mixing/serving bowls, sheet pan, casserole dish, etc)we could only find 2 large spoons. The pool and surrounding area were not cleaned after previous guests, the putting greens need a little TLC, it's starting to show it's age. We had a little trouble with the TV remotes
