**This is a combo listing, TWO of our condos in one**
Great option for large groups, two groups that desire different units whether it be guys/girls or two families, this is for you!
( a first floor unit and a second floor unit directly on top of each other)
Welcome to our curated suites!

8 Bedrooms:

-> 2- Twin Bunk Rooms (3 beds in each, 6 beds total (5 twin, one queen))
-> 4- Queen rooms ( 4 beds total)
-> 2- Twin Rooms (2 beds in each, 4 beds total)

Each unit has 2 full baths, 2 kitchens and 2 living areas!

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property + go against your rental agreement.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used for ANY kind of loud gathering or party. We have cameras + security that patrol. Per your rental agreement this is grounds for eviction without question or refund + possible legal action.

Perfect for groups!

It was a great place for our group to stay for the night while traveling. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and there was easy parking and a great location, well-lit at night. Would recommend.

Great for our large group's quick stop in Nashville

We rented both units for our group of 18 people from 18 months old to grandparents. With the mini kitchen appliances, we felt like we were staying in a fun college home. It was cute and comfortable for us, and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Bachelorette group

This place was a perfect stay for a bachelorette group who has groomsmen and bridesmaids! It was nice having two different condos! Very clean & about 10 min drive to downtown.

BEWARE!!

Let me start by saying I would never intentionally leave a 1 star review nor have I ever!! We booked this house for a large group gathering 2.5 weeks prior to our Nashville night, they took our payment immediately and sent confirmation along with access code 2 days prior to check in. Approximately 7:30 the night before, I received an email that my reservation had been cancelled and money will be refunded with no explanation. So now we have this large group, no money bc funds could be held for up to 15 days!! The host never responded to any messages or gave a reason for cancelling! VRBO did try to accommodate us with a hotel for 8 rooms but that’s not going to work. Just know you can’t depend on this place, or the host to fulfill their responsibility or care that they ruined what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing weekend.

This property was great for our group during our short stay in Nashville! There was plenty of space and it was nice to have access to the large parking lot. And it's always wonderful when there are enough towels provided, too!
