It was designed and built by architect Jack Meiselman in 1958 and recently renovated.

Guest Access:
The entire space is included in this rental except for the owner’s supply closet located next to the main entrance. Please, make yourself at home.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but no one lives on-site 24/7.

Pool/Spa Heating:
There is a fee for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. From October through May, we recommend heating, and the fee is $125 per day. Please let us know if you want to heat it a week before your arrival, as it can take a few days to heat the water.

Security:
The property has two security cameras. The cameras monitor the front entrance of the house and the driveway.

Pleasant retreat

The house and the yard packs in a lot of indoor/outdoor opportunities. For having a lot of neighbors, the property feels private and secluded.

Great Property, AMAZING Property Manager

We loved the property, great outdoor space with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful as well. The Property Manager was one of the best I have had, he even brought us donuts for my birthday! Such a great experience and would definitely book this unit again. Thank you!
