Why they chose this property
The North Padre is true island living yet only 20 minutes over the bridge (OTB) where there is everything you need.
What makes this property unique
There are only a handful of western exposure homes with unobstructed sunset views and this is one of them. Very large and open with 20 feet of windows spanning two floors.
