This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 8th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in living room and master bedroom. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great place for a sister’s weekend.Loved sitting out on the balcony each morning looking at the beach. Beautifully decorated and a well stocked kitchen.Would have loved a tv guide of what channels available and a guide to program AC.

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms updated and nice. We loved the large balcony. Perfectly relaxing location enough outside of the busy beach scene but close enough for a quick drive for dinners. The resort has 2 pools and the large hot tub. Loved that there were several elevators so wait wasn’t too long. The parking spots in the lower garage are tight but there is parking across the street. Having beach chairs included was so nice. We did wish that the beach chair company would reserve your chairs . If you don’t leave your towels or something on the chairs and step away someone else can take your chairs. Overall we had a wonderful week

Perfect View

The condo was exactly as described, very clean, wonderful location, right on the beach. We loved having sliding glass doors in both the living and sleeping areas. We only cooked breakfast there but we had all of the utensils, dishes and pans that we needed. We did leave a small beach umbrella in the laundry closet. Thanks for offering this great property, we didn’t want to leave!

We arrived early and the receptionist at the condo was super friendly and accommodating. All contact with our host was better than could be expected and the condo suited our needs perfectly. Quiet Family Spot

Our family came down for a quick President's Day weekend/winter break get away! The location was perfect as only a quick 5 hour drive. We pulled in around 11pm and check in was a breeze. Everything was as described and communicated. We even stayed an additional night! Everything was clean and just perfect amount of space for our 4 person (19, 12 and mom and dad) family. We will definitely seek out this condo again for our next quick get away!

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The condo was nicely decorated, well furnished and made us felt at home. The property overall was well maintained and we loved the balcony, it was spacious with a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach chairs were a plus. Some things that would be nice to have for guests that fly and have limited packing, clothes iron, hair dryer, beach towels, beach toys for people with kids. The cleaning service could do a better job of cleaning to be nit picky. Overall, we would recommend to other guests.

Spring Break 2024

Condo and property were wonderful! This has been our 5th year at Emerald Isle and we will continue to come back. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. Balcony had amazing furniture that was comfortable and functional. Only suggestion with this unit would be to have more towels. For a family of 5 it would have been nice to have a second set of towels and not have to wash towels each night. Would recommed this unit and will return.

We pay a cleaning fee but the condo was not up to standards when we arrived. Also had issues with the master bathroom shower drain not working so we all had to shower in the kids bathroom until it was fixed. Put a bit of a damper on the stay. Owner is very kind, but knowing the issues we had I would’ve expected some sort of reduction in the cleaning fee or something for the inconvenience.

Fall Break stay

Our stay at this property was really awesome. The condo is all renovated and very trendy. New furniture. The balcony is absolutely wonderful, super wide and so enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfect and super quiet. The property itself is well maintained and it is so easy to get to the beach, super fast! There is a restaurant right across the street and a grocery store right down the street. Location is perfect for us, still things to do close by but quiet and away from the crowd and noise. If I had to find something to complain about would be maybe the pots and pans. They are almost like new but the assortment was a little weird. Needs more bigger frying pans. But really no big deal. The coffee machine is the bomb, takes keurig pods. Can not say enough good things about this property and condo. Hoping we can come back. Oh, and you can't hear your neighbors, like very well insulated.
